The following information applies to shipping and returns of online orders only. For information regarding returns of items bought in Vape Hub retail stores, please see the Vape Hub In Store Return Policy.

Shipping Time
We strive to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days and same day when possible.

Backordered Items
If one or more of the items you selected are backordered, the portion of your order that is in stock will ship separately. The backorder portion of your order will ship as soon as the item(s) arrive at our warehouse, which is typically in 2-5 business days.

Allowed Countries
We presently only ship to customers in the United States.

Hardware Return Policy
If your hardware was damaged in transit:
VapeHub is not responsible for damage done to consumer goods by the postal service.USPS Priority shipping includes $50 in insurance and you will need to make a claim with them to receive compensation for the loss.

If the goods you received were not damaged in transit, but are defective and it is within 30 days of your purchase date:

Your item qualifies for replacement or store credit if the item is in like new condition. Scratches and discoloration from regular use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. 

If evidence exists that the item was dropped or mishandled in any way or if liquid is on or near circuitry we will not accept the return. 

Instructions: If the value of your item is more than $5, please ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and confirmation that the item is defective, we will ship you a replacement of the same item. If we do not have the item in stock, we may send a comparable item that you approve of, or issue store credit. 

Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item and VapeHub will cover the cost of shipping you a replacement item. 

If we sent you the wrong item:
Please ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue you store credit including additional credit to cover your shipping cost and a free bottle of eJuice.

If the item is not defective:
At this time Vape Hub only allows returns and replacements when an item is defective, and not damaged by the user.

If we send you the wrong item(s) or made a mistake in your order:
We apologize this happened and will identify where our process failed. If the information on your bottle doesn't match the info on your order, we will send you another bottle. Please take a picture of the incorrect bottle and email, along with order number to justin@vapehub.com. Vape Hub will reply to your email with a return label which you will need to print and return, unopened to the return address at the bottom of this document. Once in the mail, email returns@vapehub.com to let us know you've sent it and we will get your corrected order in the mail immediately.
